“ La cucina di "Rosa" a Nusco è oramai una certezza della gastronomia irpina: il cibo è abbondante e di fattura casalinga. Il locale è semplice se non spartano, il servizio è impeccabile e l'ambiente naturale circostante gradevole. Oltre l'ordine alla carta, è possibile scegliere un menù fisso che offre la degustazione di sei primi e un forchettone di carni miste ricco di contorni. Da segnalare la maccaronara fra i primi piatti e la carne di agnello tra i secondi. ”
“ Il ristorante “da Rosa” a Nusco (AV) è un locale storico dell’alta Irpinia, e da più di quarant’anni allieta i pasti degli avventori. L’ambiente è casereccio, in stile anni Ottanta, con un’ampia sala interna e diversi tavoli all’aperto nella stagione calda. Si può scegliere un menù fisso oppure ordinare alla carta. Il pezzo forte della cucina, a mio avviso, sono i primi piatti, di cui potrete assaggiare sei opzioni grazie al menù fisso – ravioli, scialatielli, orecchiette, maccaronara, fusilli. Molto scenografico il forchettone della carne alla brace, servita su un letto di patate e altri ortaggi. ”
